This Bordeaux-style blend has a dark garnet hue with cedar box aromas filled with ripe black cherries, raspberries, leather, with subtle hints of iron and fresh sage. Touting tremendous texture and a supple body with rustic and well-integrated tannins support a palate of ripe black cherry and raspberry, tobacco leaf with hints of dried herbs and black pepper. 2023 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, White Bluffs
This wine is a beautiful golden color with pronounced aromas of peaches, roasted pineapple, brioche, and guava with hints of cardamom and crème brûlée. The palate is medium and lush body with a velvety texture with medium plus acid creating a balance with flavors of and fresh peaches, pineapple, star fruit, with hints of minerality, vanilla bean custard and white pepper. Enjoyable upon release or age up to 5 years.
